 British-born Canada-based DJ Veronica is known to get booties shakin' with her eclectic collection of phat sexy beats combined with her technical and programming skills.
Veronica started her DJing career in 1998 on the west coast of Canada (Vancouver) where she produced a weekly 7-hour house music radio show. Veronica currently holds residencies with girlgig productions, Heaven, Flight, and MY HOUSE Productions, and has been the DJ for AIDSWALK Vancouver for the past 2 years. Veronica often makes guest appearances along the West Coast of Canada/US.
Veronica's international gigs have included Liquids in New York City, BCM in Spain, Globe in Sydney, Australia, and on RTHK Hong Kong Radio and at the Lamma Island Power Station Beach Party in Hong Kong...all in the summer of 2001 alone!. In 2002, Veronica played at Room 680 and Seven nightclub in Melbourne (Australia) with the help of www.12am.com.au, and also the Palm Cove party (Palm Cove, Australia) and also appeared on 2SER 107.3 underground radio Sydney (Australia).
Vancouverites know DJ Veronica as one of the owners of the popular MY HOUSE after-hours which rocked Vancouver's nightlife scene from March-June 2000 where she was resident, bringing in talent such as Trevor Walker (Mercury Lounge, Ottawa) and organizing an all-female night DJ night called "The Girls Next Door". Veronica is also responsible for eleven CDs to date, and is constantly working on new projects.
Veronica also recently appeared twice on MTV Canada and has received much attention from local, national, and international press and dancefloors alike (see her links page under "Press").
